河南煤炭建设集团参加人员柳德岩、李金岭、梁德宏、郭修武、刘汉卿、武涛、赵慧明、吴世波、吕周省会审结论:1、井筒及巷道施工长度要按照图纸中标注尺寸写,不能出现多个尺寸。2、在综掘机停止工作期间,炮头必须落地(检修除外) ,在此期间所有人员严禁站在炮头上作业或休息。3、多辆无轨胶轮车在井筒内行驶期间要有信号指挥车辆行驶,错车期间必须在错车硐室内错车。4、加强井筒施工期间领导下井带班制度。5、井筒内锚网支护期间要求网片每隔 100m 断开一排锚杆距离,要求使用塑料网。6、综掘机掘进期间最大空顶距为:1200mm,最小空顶距为 100mm。7、副斜井井筒长度为 2470m,井筒+各种硐室总长度为 2009 年 4 月在哈密注册成立。其职责为负责哈密地区煤炭、电力、铁路等项目的开发、建设和经营管理。目前启动的项目主要有:国投哈密一矿 12.0Mt/a 矿井(本矿井)暨配套选煤厂的开发,配套建设一期 2×660MW 的坑口火电电厂项目和煤炭专用铁路项目。本标段为国投哈密能源开发有限责任公司国投哈密一矿副斜井井筒掘砌工程施工。我们认为:就本公司的技术水平、装备能力和近几年来积累的平硐及斜井施工经验,我们完全可以安全、快速、高效地完成国投哈密能源开发有限责任公司国投哈密一矿副斜井井筒掘砌工程施工任务,并达到或超过业主对工期和质量的要求。我们按照招标书的要求,以十分认真的态度和对该项目高度负责的精神,编制了本工程施工组织设计。 施工组织设计大纲编制依据:(一)国家关于工程建设现行的有关法律、法规及行业的有关规定。(二)国家关于工程建设现行的规范、标准及行业的有关规定。施工主要技术规范:(1) 国投哈密能源开发有限责任公司国投哈密一矿副斜井井筒掘砌工程施工招标书、图纸及其招标答疑材料;(2) 《工程测量规范》 (3) 《煤矿井巷工程质量验收规范》(4) 《钢筋混凝土工程施工及验收规范》(5) 《锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范》(6) 《土方和爆破工程施工及验收规范》(7) 《矿山井巷工程施工及验收规范》(8) MT 5009-1994《煤矿井巷工程质量检验评定标准》(9) 《煤矿安全规程》(10) 《煤矿防治水规定》(11) 《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》(12) 《爆破安全规程》(13) 《井巷工程建设安全管理条例》(14) 《建设工程安全生产管理条例》1、工程概况1.1 井田位置国投哈密一矿矿区西侧是鲁能集团大南湖勘查区、徐矿大南湖东一勘查区及中电投东二 A 勘查区;西邻酒钢东二-三勘查区。矿区东西长 13.6km,南北宽5.5-11.5km,面积 127.17km2。矿井总资源量 2502.49 Mt;设计可采储量 1518.17Mt;设计能力为 12.0Mt/a,服务年限为 90.4a 。1.2
