    中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为山脚树矿 1.2 Mt/a 新井设计。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。山脚树煤矿行政区隶属于贵州省六盘水市管辖,位于盘县以北约 30 公里的断江镇境内,界于老屋基矿和月亮田矿之间。南起拖长江煤柱和七号勘探线,北至 F15-1 断层,西起煤层露头,东至+1100 米标高,走向长 5.3 公里,倾斜宽 3.5 公里,井田面积 18.3 平方公里,矿区面积 22.771 平方公里。矿井工业储量为 102.51Mt,可采储量为 t。矿井设计生产能力为 1.2Mt/a。矿82.83𝑀井服务年限 53a。矿井涌水量大,正常涌水量为 160m3/h,最大涌水量为 600m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 50.73 m3/t,属高瓦斯矿井。矿井煤尘爆炸危险性、煤层易自燃性、自然发火性均高。矿井采用立井两水平开拓。一矿一面,采煤方法为综合机械化一次采全高。全矿采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式。矿井年工作日为 330d,日净提升时间 16h,工作制度为“四六制” 。专题部分题目是浅析矿井瓦斯抽采工艺及山脚树矿二次封孔技术应用。从高瓦斯煤矿瓦斯抽采发展出发,讲诉了瓦斯抽采工艺方法,最后对本设计矿井山脚树矿的二次封孔技术进行了解析。翻译部分是一篇关于综采放顶煤采煤工作面深部开采发生事故时岩爆危险性分析的论文,英文题目为 Analysis on rock burst danger when fully-mechanized cavingcoal face passed faultwith deep mining。关键词:立井两水平;采区布置;综采一次采全高;两翼对角式中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part, special subject part and translation part.The general part is a new design of Shanjiaoshu mine 1.2 Mt / a. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of mining area; 6.The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.Shanjiaoshu mineadministrative region under the jurisdiction of the Guizhou province, located the Panxian to the north 30 km of DuanJiangtown within territory.Boundary between Laowuji mine and Moon Land Mine. It is south from TuoChangJiang River coal pillar and the exploration line No. 7, to the north, F15-1 fault, west coal seam outcrop,east to +1100 m elevation,5.3 km long trend, tilt, 3.5 km wide, Ida area of 18.3 square kilometers,it has mining area of 22.771 square kilometers.Mine industry reserves recoverable is 102.51Mt, and the reserves is 82.83Mt.It is 1.2Mt / a mine that designs production capacity. The service life of the mine is 53a. Mine Inflow volume, normal inflow is 160m3 / h, the largest inflow is 600m3 / h. Mine the relative gas emission is 50.73 m3 / t, is a high-gas coal mine.Mine coal dust explosion hazard and spontaneous combustion seams liable to happen.Mine is shaft and two level pioneering. One side of the mine, mining methods is the comprehensive mechanization mining full height. All mine uses belt conveyor to transport coal,and auxiliary transport uses the mine car. Mine ventilation is two wings of diagonal.The working days in a year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The working system in the mine is ‘four-six’.The thematic segment entitled ‘Analysis mine gas extraction process and Shanjiaoshu Mine secondary sealing technology’. Departure from the development of high gas and coal mine gas drainage, say v. gas extraction process method, and finally resolve the secondary sealing technology for this design the mine Shanjiaoshu mine.The translation part is a failure to fully mechanized coal caving mining face through deep mining of rock burst hazard analysis papers, in English, entitled ‘Analysis on rock burst danger when
