IGABP An incorporate genetic algorithm based back propagation eural network model for coal and gas outburst intensity prediction ABSTRACT This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. The general part is a new design of Xuehu mine. Xuehu mine lines in North of Yongcheng in Henan province. The run of the minefield is 11.49 km ,the width is about 4-5.5 km. The Second 2is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 5 to 15 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 2.23 m in all. hardness is 2 ~ 3, The normal flow of the mine is big, The coal seam have the danger of explosion, but do not burn by itself. Mine is managed as the coal and gas outburst mine. The proved reserves of the minefield are 177.84 million tons.The recoverable reserves are 125.73 million tons.The design of mine production capacity is 1.5 Mt/a, and the service life of the mine is 59.8 years. The mine farmland is a dual vertical shaft and two level development.transport roadway using a belt conveyor to transport coal, auxiliary transport tramcar transport, return air roadway for return air. Mine ventilation mode are the central parallel ventilation early, Two Wing Opposite Angle Type latter,and the central parallel diagonal ventilation for last. The working system “four-six” is used in the Xuehu mine. It produced 330d/a. Mining methods is the full- seam cutting ,longwall mining to the dip or to the rise . This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms. Thematic part’s topic is the prevention of coal and gas outburst and the Practices of Xuehu Mine.it introduced the general rules of measures of Xuexu Mine.
