    中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为凉水井矿 2.4Mt/a 新井设计。凉水井煤矿位于陕西省榆林市以北、神木县以南,交通便利。井田走向(南北)长约 6.84km,倾向(东西)长约 9.81km,井田总面积为 62.71km2。主采煤层为 4-2 号煤、5 -2 号煤,平均倾角为 1°,煤层平均总厚为5.52m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为 36802 万 t,矿井可采储量 28182 万 t。矿井服务年限为 83.88a,涌水量较大,矿井正常涌水量为 327m3/h,最大涌水量为 510m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为低瓦斯矿井。煤层有自燃发火倾向,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。矿井为斜井两水平开拓,大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车,矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。一矿一面,矿井采用走向长壁综合机械化采煤法,一次采全高。矿井年工作日为 330d,工作制度为“四六” 制。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是凉水井矿浅埋煤层开采岩层控制。主要运用浅埋煤层长壁工作面上覆岩层活动规律对凉水井矿开采时的矿压显现做出分析。翻译部分主要内容为长壁开采引起的断层活化和地面延迟沉降在英国煤田中的研究,英文题目为:Longwall mining-induced fault reactivation and delayed subsidence ground movement in British coalfields。中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计ABSTRACTThis design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.The general part is a new design of liangshuijing mine. Liangshuijing mine lines in North of YuLin and South of ShenMu in ShanXi province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 6.84 km ,the width is about 9.81 km,well farmland total area is 62.71km2.The 4-2 and 5-2 is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 1degree. The thickness of the mine is about 5.52m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 368.02 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 281.82 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 2.4 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 83.88 years. The normal flow of the mine is 327 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 510 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well. It is coal of spontaneous combustion tendency, and it’s a coal seam liable to explosion.The mine is two levels in an inclined well to expand. The main transportation uses the adhesive tape transportation opporteunity coal,and the auxiliary transportation uses trackless vehicles.Mine is only one working surface, the coal mining method is to longwall fully-mechanized coal mining technology. The ventilation method is fully caving method to deal with goaf.。The working system “four-six” is used in the Liangshuijing mine. It produced 330d/a.This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.Special subject parts of topics is the shallow seam mining rock layer controlling of Liangshuijing mine. It is made an analysis of liangshuijing mine by the rock layer movement rule of the shallow seam longwall working face.Translation part of main contentses is Longwall mining-induced fault reactivation
