Sima mine lines in ChangZhi in ShangXi province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 6.61km ,the width is about 6.36 km,well farmland total area is 35㎞ 2.The third is the main coal seam. The thickness of the mine is about 8.08m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 390.89 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 282.53 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 3 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 62.8 years. The normal flow of the mine is 120 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 140 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well.Based on the geological conditions of the mine, I bring forward four available projects in technology. The first is vertical shaft development with one mining level; the second is main slop and auxiliary shaft development ;the third is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extension of blind inclined shaft; the last is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extension of vertical shaft. The first project is the best comparing with other three projects in technology and economy.The level is at +650 m.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the panel working.The length of working face is 240 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal caving mining method. The working system is “three-eight” which produces 330 d/a.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and Trackless Tyred Vehicle to be assistant transport. The type of mine ventilation system is two wings diagonal ventilation.This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.Special subject parts of topics is Coal-rock movement law and drawing technolgy for fully mechanized caving face of thick coal seam.Translation part of main contentses is an analysis model concerning short-wall continuous mechanical mining, English topic is: Classification of conditions for
