    摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分是凉水井煤矿 4.0 Mt/a 新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:矿区概况与井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式―采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风及安全和矿井基本技术经济指标。凉水井煤矿位于陕西省榆林市,矿井总面积约为 68.08 km2,井田走向长平均约 6.84 km,倾向长平均约 9.81 km。本设计主采煤层为 4-2、5 -2、5 -3 煤,平均厚度为 3 m、2.4 m、2.78 m,煤层赋存稳定,为缓倾斜煤层,倾角 0°~3° ,平均 1°。井田内工业储量为579.01 Mt,可采储量为 440.33 Mt。矿井正常涌水量 120 m3/h,最大涌水量 400 m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为 8.18 m3/min,属于低瓦斯矿井,不易自燃,煤尘有爆炸危险。凉水井矿设计年生产能力为 4.0 Mt/a,服务年限为 78.6 年。矿井开拓方式为斜井双水平开拓。设计首采区采用盘区准备方式,工作面长度 240 m,采用走向长壁综合机械化采煤方法,矿井年工作日为 330 d,工作制度为“四六制” 。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式。专题是大断面煤巷支护技术研究与应用。翻译部分英文原文题目是“Analysis on producemechanism and influence factorof CO gas onthe coal exploitation working face”。关键词:斜井;盘区;综采;中央并列式;ABSTRACTThis design consists of three parts: the general part, the special part and the translated part.The general design is about a 4.0 Mt/a new underground mine design of Liangshuijing coal mine. It has ten chapters: an outline of the mine and mine field geology; boundary and reserves; productive capacity, service life and working system of mine; development engineering of coalfield; the layout of mining area; the method used in coal mining; transportation of underground; mine lifting; mine ventilation and safety; the economic and technologic index of the mine.The Liangshuijing mine field lies in the yulin city of Shanxi province, the total area of the mine is 68.08 km2. It’s about 6.84 km on the strike and 9.81 km on the dip. There is three minable coal seam: No.4-2,No.5-2 and No.5-3, and the average thickness of the seam is 3 m,2.4m and 2.78 m. They are stable and fluty inclined. The dip angle is from 0 degree to 3 degree, and is 1 degree on average. The normal flow of the mine is 120m3/h, and the maximum mine flow is 400 m3/h. The absolute gas emission rate of mine is 8.18 m3/min which belongs to low gas mine. The seams don’t have self-combustion tendency, and the coal dust has explosion hazard.The productive capacity of Liangshuiijng mine is 4.0 million tons per year, and it’s service life is 78.6 years. The development of the mine is inclined shaft development with two mining levels Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the panel rise. The length of working face is 240 m, which uses fully-mechanized longwall mining method. The working system is “foure-six” which produces 330 d/a.Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and the assistant transport use mine car.
