    摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为 孙村矿 1.8Mt/a 新井 初步 设计 , 共 分 10 章 : 1.矿 区概述及井田地质特征 ;2.井田境界和储量 ; 3.矿井工作制度 、 设计生产能力 及 服务年限 ; 4.井田开拓 ; 5.准备方式 — 采 区巷道布置 ; 6.采煤方法 ; 7.井下运输 ; 8.矿井提升 ; 9.矿井通风与安全技术 ; 10.矿井 基本 技术经济指标。 孙村煤矿位于山东省泰山东侧的新泰市新汶办 事处孙村镇境内,地处新汶煤田东部,位居山东新汶矿业集团公司腹地。 东与张庄煤矿,西与良庄煤矿相邻,南依蒙山山系,北与莲花山相望,柴汶河自东向西流经井田之上。东北距新泰市 9km,西距磁窑 68km,西北距济南 168km。 孙村井田位于莲花山和蒙山山脉两大分水岭之间,地面为平缓的丘陵地带,地面标高在 +165~ +210m 之间。井田西部地形较平坦,东部起伏较大。总的趋势是西北部地形较低,东南部较高。煤系地层大部为冲积层所掩盖,只有溪沟中略有出露。奥陶系石灰岩广泛出露于井田南部区域 。井田中南部有柴汶河纵贯东西。工业场地建在柴汶河南岸的小平原之上,该工业场地内主斜井井口标高为 +175.5m。 20 世纪 90 年代围绕千米北立井建设的北立井工业场地位于柴汶河北岸,井口标高为 199.5m。 在井田内可采煤层中, 2#煤层平均厚度 3.5m,是井田内的首采煤层和主采煤层。 4#煤层是主采煤层,平均厚度 2.8m。该煤层赋存稳定,结构简单,全井田范围内均可采。 矿井最大相对瓦斯涌出量为 5m3/t,属于低瓦斯矿井。 煤尘 具有一定的爆炸性和自然发火危险性 。 矿井采用 斜井多 水平 上 山 开拓 ,采用采区式 和 中央并列式 混合 通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综采 一次采全高开采 。煤炭 运输 采用 胶带输送机 ,辅助运输采用 蓄电池电机车牵引矿车 。 矿井年工作日为 330 d, 每天净提升时间 16 h。矿井 工作制度 为 “三八” 制 。 专题部分题目是 承压水与安全开采的技术与施工 。 翻译部分 是一篇 关于 煤与瓦斯突出灰色 -神经网络预测模型的建立 研究 的论文 ,英文原文题目为: Establishment of grey-neural network forecasting model of coal and gas outburst。 关键词: 斜 井 ; 采 区;综 采 ;千米立井 Abstract This design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and translation part. The general part is a new preliminary design of Suncun wells that annual output is 1.8Mt. The design includes ten chapters: 1. Mine overview and mine field geological features; 2. The mine field boundary and the reserves; 3. Mine system of work, design production capacity and service life; 4. Mine field extension; 5. Preparation-with the district roadway layout; 6. Mining methods; 7. Underground transport; 8. Mine hoist; 9. Mine ventilation and safety technology; 10. Mine basic technical and economic indicators. Suncun coal mine is located in the territory of the Suncun town of Taishan in Shandong Province, east side of the Xintai City Xinwen office, located in the eastern part of the Xinwen coal field, The hinterland of the Shandong Xinwen Mining Group Company.In the east side, it is adjacent to Zhangzhuang coal mine, in the west side, it is adjacent to Liangzhuang coal mine, Mengshan mountain in the south side of the attachment, The north side with the Lotus Hill separated, Chaiwen River flows through the mine field above the east to west. Northeast from the Xintai City 9km, west from Ciyao 68 km, northwest from the Jinan 168km. Suncun mine field is located in the Lotus Hill and Mengshan Mountains between the two watershed, the ground is the gentle hilly areas, ground elevation of +165 to +210 m, mine field western terrain is relatively flat, mine field eastern undulating. The general trend is northwest lower terrain , southeastern higher. Coal measures strata in most concealed by alluvium, only slightly exposed gully. Ordovician limestone widely exposed in the mine field in the southern region. Chaiwen River runs through the mine field in central and southern. Industrial sites are built in the plain of the south bank of Chaiwen River, The industrial site, the main slope wellhead elevation is +175.5 m. Industrial site is located in the north bank of Chaiwen River in the 1990s around thousand meters north shaft construction, wellhead elevation is 199.5m. Mine field within the coal layer, # 2 coal seam average thickness of 3.5m, it is mine field's first coal layer and main coal seam. # 4 seam is the main coal layer , with an average thickness of 2.8m. The coal seam is stable, simple structure, can be mining within the range of the whole mine field. Mine maximum relative gas emission is 5m3 / t, a low- gas coal mine. The dust has explosive and natural ignition risk. Mine using slope and multiple-level rise development, mining area ventilation and central parallel ventilation are mixed used. Only one working face working, mining method for a fully mechanized longwall mining height. Coal transportion by belt conveyor, auxiliary transportion by battery electric locomotive traction tramcar . Mine working days for 330 days, daily net hoist time for 16 hours.
