    摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为兴隆庄煤矿1.2Mt/a 新井设计。兴隆庄煤矿位于山东省兖州市,交通便利。井田走向(东西)平均长约 4.3km,倾向(南北)平均长约 3.5km,井田总面积为 13.55Km2。主采煤层为 3 号煤,平均倾角为 4°,煤层平均总厚为 8.28m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为 138.29Mt,矿井可采储量 85.10Mt。矿井服务年限为 54.5a,矿井正常涌水量为 400m3/h,最大涌水量为 650m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为低瓦斯矿井。井田为立井单水平上下山开拓,划分为四个采区,两个采区;大巷布置在-320m 水平,采区采用上、下山开采方式,采区采用集中巷布置;工作面布置为综合机械化放顶煤;大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用架线式电机车牵引矿车设备,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升;矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风;矿井年工作日为 330d,日提时间为 16h;工作制度为“三八”制。专题部分题目是提高煤炭采出率技术探索与实践为提升采出率并保护环境,文章介绍正常煤层赋存区的干净开采和“三下”煤层赋存区特殊开采时可供选择的几种采煤工艺。超长综放面煤层自燃火灾防治技术研究。在确定超长综放面煤层自燃危险区域的基础上,提出了有针对性、高效的综合防灭火技术体系,建立了超长综放面煤层自燃火灾快速应急防灭火系统,成功地对兴隆庄煤矿 4324 超长综放面煤层自燃火灾进行治理,为超长综放面的安全生产提供了重要的技术保障。翻译部分主要内容为高应力软岩下矿井巷道支护,英文题目为:Under high stress soft crag mine pit tunnel supports and protections。关键字:矿井设计;立井单水平;上下山开采;综合机械化采煤ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part,the projects section and translation part.The general part is a new design of Xinglongzhuang coal mine.Xinglongzhuang coal mine is located in YanZhouShi,ShanDong province,the transportation is convenient.The run of the minefield is 4.3 km,the width is about 3.5 km,the total area of mine field is about 13.55km2.The three is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 4 degree. The thickness of the main coal seam is about 8.28m in all.The proved reserves of the minefield are 138.29 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 85.10 million tons.The designed productive capacity is 4.0 million tons percent year,and the service life of the mine is 55.4 years.The normal flow of the mine is 400m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 650 m3 per hour.Mine gas emission is low,for low gas mineral well.The mine field isshaft with single level developments,devided into fout mining districts, two strip districts.The main roadway arranges in - 370m level.The mining district uses rise and dip Type,the strip district uses main inclined drift.The working face adopts fully-mechanizedcoal mining technology with sublevel caving,The main roadway uses accordion conveyor to transport coal.The auxiliary transportion uses trolley locomotive hauling mine car equipment.The main shaft uses skip hoisting,the auxiliary uses cage hoisting.The Mine ventilation mode is two-wing diagonal type ventilation.The mine pit year working day is 330d, the work routine is “four-six”.The topic of the spontaneous combustion fire disaster occurred in No. 4324 overlong fully mechanized longwall coal mining face wassuccessfully controlled,which would provide an important technical guarantee for the
