    中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计 第 1 页摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式——带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。一般部分:为郭家河煤矿 7.0Mt/a 新井设计。郭家河煤矿位于陕西省宝鸡市,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长约 14.94 km,倾向(南北)长约 7.93 km,井田总面积为88.6km2。主采煤层为三煤,倾角 0~6°,平均 5°。煤层平均厚度为 8.5 m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为 1129Mt,矿井可采储量 803.38Mt。矿井服务年限为 79.6a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为 1039.43 m3/h,最大涌水量为 1351.26 m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 1.29 m3/t,为低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平岩巷开拓;方案二:立井单水平煤巷开拓;方案三:主斜副立单水平岩巷开拓;方案四:主斜副立单水平煤巷开拓。通过粗略和详细技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。水平标高 750m,整个井田划分为 5 个带区。矿井采用中央并列式通风。矿井首采区采用带区式准备方式,工作面设计长度 250m,采用综合机械化放顶煤采煤工艺。矿井年工作日为 330d,昼夜净提升时间为 16h。矿井采用“四六” 制工作制度,三班生产,一班检修。生产班每班完成 3 个采煤循环。循环进尺为 0.80m,日产量为21212,1t。专题部分题目为浅析巷道围岩控制方法之锚注支护翻译部分题目为基于一氧化碳指标煤炭自燃倾向性试验研究关键词:立井单水平岩巷开拓;带区,中央并列式通风,综采放顶煤,中国矿业大学 2012 届本科生毕业设计 第 2 页ABSTRACTThe design includes three parts: the general part of the thematic part and translation partThis general part includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5. The layout of mining area; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.The general part is a new design of Guojiahe mine with a production of 7.0 million t/a. mine Guojiahe lines in Baoji city, SanXi province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 14.94 km ,the width is about 7.93 km, well farmland total area is 88.6 km2. No. 3 are the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 0~6°, 5° for average. The thickness of the mine are about 8.5 m. The geological conditions of the minefield is relatively simple.The proved reserve of the minefield is 1129 Mt. The designed productive capacity is 803.38Mt, and the service life of the mine is 79.6years. The normal water flow of the mine is 1039.43 m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 1351.26 m3/h. The relative gas emission rate of the mineral well is 1.29 m3/t, for low gas mineral well.Based on the geological conditions of the mine, I bring forward four available project in technology. Option I: Shaft single-level rock roadway development; Option II: Shaft single-level coal roadway development; Option III: The main diagonal vice stand a single level of Rock Lane to open up; Option IV: The main diagonal vice stand single-level coal Lane to open up.The I project is the best comparing with other three projects in technology and economy. The mining level is750m. The mine field is divided into two strip districts and three mining panels. Taking into account the long distance in the east and west direction, The type of mine ventilation is the partition ventilation.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of the mining district preparation. The design length of working face is 250 m, which uses fully mechanized mining with full-seam mining technology. The working days in one year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The operation mode in the mine is “four-six” with three teams mining and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle. So everyday there are 9 working cycles. The advance of a working cycle is 0.8 m, and the quantity of 21212.1 ton coal is made everyday.The thematic segment titled Analysis of surrounding rock control method of boltingThe translation part is
