The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.The general part is a new design of xiandewang mine. xiandewang mine lines in Northwest of xingtai in HeBei province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The geological structure of this area is simple. The Length of the minefield is 5 km ,the width is about 4km,the area is 20㎞ 2.The 2 and 9 is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 14 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 7.0m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 148million tons. The recoverable reserves are 105 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 15 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 53.8 years. The normal flow of the mine is 140m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 200m3 percent hour, and the gas of the mine is low gaseous mine.The field has been divided one mining levels.
